If you are considering a career in real estate, look no further! The Greater Gateway Association of REALTORS® offers salesperson pre-license and broker courses.
If you are a licensed real estate agent looking for continuing education options, GGAR is pleased to serve you.
To register for a course, please download the appropriate application below, complete the form, and return it to GGAR via fax or postal mail.
Broker Courses
To meet the requirements for obtaining your broker license, you must be an attorney at law or successfully complete the 45-hour Basic Transactions salesperson course, plus complete 75 additional hours in approved broker courses.

Real Estate Pre-License Course
In addition to completing the 45-hour Real Estate Transactions course, salespersons are required to meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be sponsored by a licensed broker
- Pass the state licensing exam
- Be a high school graduate or equivalent (G.E.D.)
